Announcement:
Effective April 21, 2000 for all websites in which children under the age of 13 may be in the general audience, there is a new law called COPPA. Childrens online privacy protection act. You may find more information at KidsPrivacy.org or the full story at FTC.gov Our Privacy Policy is here. At this time and until I find a conclusive answer to this new COPPA law I have to keep all the sections that can be added to with personal information, shutdown. Sorry but the government believes that it is in your best interest.
