REVIEW: This is a great book teaching children (ages 8-12) compassion and respect to nature and animals. The book has short chapters on how our everyday decisions affect animals and the environment. The end of every chapter tells children how they can help animals such as cutting up 6-pack rings. With the stong link between violence to animals and violence to humans, I highly recommend this book be in every school library.
