The Balcer (Balzer) Family
Yes, these are the only known remnants
of this Balcer (Balzer) family. Father (Victor Vassilyvich) passed away
in 1982 (I'll soon scan in and post a picture of him). The original name
was Balzer, but when it got misspelled on some important documents (and
would have been terribly difficult to correct) in England where my Russian
father had emmigrated after World War II, the altered version remained.
